Well let me take the time to make it clear - to one and all, that, the GA
has had forced upone us a set of rules after we suffered a fradulent poll,
both out chair and alternate were clearly advised the poll could be
subjected to electoral fraud - and it was. We were subjected to that -
and these rules were imposed with out permission illegally.

But irregardless of this - rules are rules and Harald must follow them.

In your case - Jeff - you were sanctioned by hHarald for calling him a
Horse Shitter. You were removed from the list for this trivial name
calling.

Then when Walsh called Joop Teepstray names accompanied by sever
allegations, his punishment was lenient. But that error is Harald alone
to deal with.

Now Walsh has cause libel and slander against me. I think it clear - and
I leave it to the alternate chair to deal with. As is his duty.

I won't do that. Walsh is an irrelevant person. And what he has to say
most of the times is irrelevant. I think people realize this. He is a
hatefull person and it comes across in his writing and I feel confident he
is judged accordingly. So I don't give him much purchase.

However - It is my position that with imposed rules - and imposed chair
and alternate chair on the GA - leave ICANN open to libel and slander if
the rules are not universally applied with out bias.

That's right.
