Considering that the petition to redelegate was signed by every single resident 
(bar the family of the current admin contact) it certainly seems to be a most 
justifiable forcible redelegation.  

If any criticism could be levelled at IANA/ICANN it would be that it took 
around 2.5 years for such a redelegation to happen.  In the Internet that is a 
life time.  However I think the caution with forcible reldelegation is laudable 
and applaud the fact that IANA several times tried to get the parties concerned 
to come to an agreement before recommending unilateral action.

ment indicates that ICANN have actually made a decision.  It doesn't mention 
when it takes effect though and the IANA database has not been changed yet.
