I have known Roberto for a few years now, both online and in
person,
and in several capacities including both as a ETSI -based
participant
in IETF and in DNSO contexts.   While we have often found
ourselves
on opposite sides on issues, I have always found him thoughtful,
willing to listen to and consider positions other than his own,
and
fair -- all critical requirements for a DNSO GA chair.
