Harald and all assembly members,

As is well known in the US anyway, sequestered records are
not publicly available unless a court order or injunction is obtained.
Hence, Haralds allegations are erroneous in this regard. Should anyone
wish or choose, with cause, to obtain such court records it is their
individual responsibility and legal requirement to do so.

As to our membership numbers to which Harald refers. Those
documents can be obtained thru the normal process to the FEC
(Federal Election Commission). This too has also been passed
on to the DNSO GA list, the Domain Policy list, and the IFWP list,
and should be within the archives for those lists.

Harald is also aware of this information as he has spoken to
two or our directors in the past by phone. Those conversations
were recorded and are a matter of our internal records should the
need arise that they would or could become useful in a potential
court proceeding.
