Mark and all remaining assembly members,

  There is no need to rehabilitate me in this situation that is reasonable
or anything else.  Mr. Cohen IS a pedophile.  He is on file with the
State of Florida as a suspected Pedophile and also in Canada.  That is
a matter of sequestered public record.  Those records can be obtained
through legal means should anyone wish to do so.  I did.

  As such I find his participation circumspect a best as part of the DNSO
or any ICANN function in any authoritative capacity.  This does not mean
that he cannot express his opinion but does color that opinion, IMHO.
As I am sure it would or does others.

  The so called "Rules" which you mention here Mark were and still are
not approved by vote of the Assembly members as is a matter of record
in the DNSO GA archives.  As such the in effect do not realistically
exist, except to Harald, ROberto and possibly the DNSO List admin.
As such, they are a active effort in Selective Censorship.

  Mark, please feel free to post this to the DNSO GA list or any other
Mailing list you see fit or feel would be relevant.
