Mark and all assembly members,

  I would not hazard to say that Mr. Cohen owes many if not all
of the DNSO Assembly members as well as the ICANN At-Large
members a sincere apology.  His personal behavior is above and beyond
common norms in a civilized society.

  I pose no threat to Mr. Cohen what so ever other than to expose his
arrant and disgusting activities as is documented.  Should he wish to serve
me, as I have directly challenge him publicly before, he of course has
that option, and we [INEGRoup] will be more than willing to appear
in a court of proper jurisdiction if required to do so.  In laymen's terms,
should he choose to sure me for slander, let him do so.  If not, than so
be it...
