Javier and all,

  Yet again Javier, you are attempting to characterize Don, Richard and
anyone that may support SOME of NSI's points or may at one time
or another worked WITH or consulted FOR NSI as some sort of
hideous AGENT of NSI's and thereby attempting to smear NSI
in a manner that is both unprofessional, and not called for.

  Therefore, I again call for you to step down from the questionably
legitimate NC/PNC immediately.

  Do I have a second on this motion?
