Ellen and all,

  As we all know and hope do not forget, the Non-commercial Domain
Name constituency is under a cloud of some misdetermination
presently.  However it appears that Randy Bush is espousing that
he is a "Self appointed Spokesman" for the non-commercial Domain
Name constituency presently.

 Of course others opinion may indeed vary....  >.;)
