Please alert council members ref a new virus
'W32/Bugbear-B' which may be received
from my e-mail address. The attachment
will read "@lis update etc.". This virus only
appeared yesterday, and blocks anti-virus
systems such as Norton. I have been told
that Norton has neutralized it today, and
have had to reinstall Windows in my PC.
