What you suggest below seems similar to filling out a U.S. 
tax form, a rather uncomfortable topic at this time of year. ;-)

Whatever the merits of this suggestion, let us please bear in mind 
that incumbent ICANN Board members (one of whom I believe you 
nominated) have all of their expenses paid by ICANN itself (i.e., by 
the registries and registrars and domain name registrants who pay 
the applicable taxes). The others have to find support for international 
travel elsewhere.

However, of significant priority should be the disclosure of agreements with, representation of, or contracts, or agreements, for remuneration of any kind, including reimbursement of expenses, or any non monetary compensation, with any contracted party, or any entity such as a foundation or other entity, who has provided funding for participation or representation at ICANN  meetings, or meetings or hearings related to ICANN.
