in view of Louis' posting, it seems to me there is a failure
of communication somewhere. I had understood that the Transfers task force had
produced a set of recommendations based typically on the views and proposals of
registries and registrars themselves, to solve a problem affecting their
customers. Louis' note seems to say, these same groups, or
different individuals from the same groups, are now contradicting their own
recommendations. We need some clarification from the registry and registrars
constituencies please.
