Glen,

I think there is an inversion: usualy nominations and endorsements
by the GA last 3 weeks, and the NC vote(s) 1 week.

This year the NC vote is to replace Alejandro Pisanty from
Latin America and Caribbean. The eligible candidates
shall be from any of following 3 reagions:
      - Africa
      - Asia Pacific
      - Latin America and Caribbean
The other two DNSO-elected directors are Jonathan Cohen from 
the North America and Amadeu Abril i Abril from Europe.
