Council,

I have now submitted an interim report to the ICANN evolution committee (v8 of our work).

Please find attached our on-going work. This is version 9 and adds draft recommendations on the policy development process based on NC discussion 2 May ; they are for discussion now by e-mail and adoption/amendment at the next call.
