Thank you for make this reminder again.  I have made the same reminder
TWICE
and I didn't received any answer regarding it.  I futher made a
suggestion
about changing the date January 31, to somewhere in December, since 
the day number 45 is around December 29.

I would really appreciate a lot that any member of the TF on Structure
give us
an input about my suggestion made in previoius e-mails.
