The NC has been invited to provide one nominee.

Vany's suggestions regarding the composition of the whole committee seem to
be good but I wonder if these people need to be DNSO representatives.

Vany, could you pass on your proposals directly to Stuart Lynn and sek his
advise on the proposed composition of the committee?
