Caroline...  NCDNHC didn't provided more nominee because we wasn't
aware that we can provide more than one nominee.

I think you and Milton should give a chance to all the constituencies to
provide nominees from other regions.  At least 5 nominees all from
different regions.

Then...give us a chance, at least to nominee people that can incorporate
to the discussions later.

This is a good approach.  However, the UDRP task force has a nature that
requires more input and equiality presence of different geographical
regions and realities (NA reality is not the same as in Latin American,
neither laws, etc, for example.)
