Hi Erica:

Do you think I am questioning transparency?  I am not questioning
transparency.  In my understanding, the process has being transparent. And
this is regardless the choice made.

I think I clarifyed previously that regardless how the process is, the NC
members not involved directly in the Search and/or Budget Comittee has all
the right to request and be provided of any document they want to see
regarding any process carried out.

I am requesting authorization to realease documentation pertaining this
process to any NC member that request it.  Do NC members will have
access to all documentation or not?

And, of course, I am willing to participate in the process of making the
contract as I began to do actively.
