Caroline, thanks your views on the draft rules. As you noticed I have often
included the phrase "typically" in these rules - precisely to give
flexibility where required where the NC will choose to stray from the norm
based on a specific recommendation - the UDRP TF is a good example of this.

I quite agree the interim groups job is to get its proposed TF up and
running.

I will use your input and other to do the next version.
