Defining a list of reserved names is a policy decision.

Some of the reserved names are trademarked (PSO), or might constitute legitimate uses. What is the point of preventing people in other TLDs from using "museum," "name," and "net"? Have we now assigned absolute ownership of generic character strings to people who run TLDs?

Even if you like this list, don't you think it should have been passed by the DNSO?
