[council] Report on DNSO Funds--23 January 2001

To the Names Council:

The following table gives an updated summary of the state of DNSO
funds.  As you will note, the good news is that one constituency
(Registrars) has already made a portion of its 2001 contribution.  The
bad news is that three of the seven constituencies have not yet
completed their 2000 contribution and one constituency still needs to
pay $867.00 to complete its 1999 contribution.
