Despite my great sympathy for Axel's predicament I would oppose changing the
time of the December call - as past experience has shown us that last minute
changes in call times:
- leads to confusion
- means we lose people who have arranged their diary around the set time and
cannot change.

However, I suggested to Axel he makes a proposal under AOB for the Jan
meeting.
