Thnaks for your comments on this Danny.  Like you, I am having some
difficulty with the selection requirements.  Not many retired sensible
justices have any knowledge - much less interest in the domain name system
and I am having difficulty thinking ofd anyone suitable.  However, I have
put the word out through my contacts - and will see what turns up.
Perhaps we could consider people from the telco industry with experience
working with organisations such as APEC and/or other international bodies.
What do others think?
