[council] Two Future NC teleconferences

Colleagues,

Unfortunatelly we have to revisit the two proposed dates
for after-LA two teleconferences
                    Thursday 14 December  (backup all week 50)
               and  Thursday 25 January   (backup all week 4)

For the week 4 the only objection was for 25 January, therefore
I consider the 24 January as accepted. Please note it on your agenda.

For December, the good compromise could be Wednesday 13 December,
hovever we got a NOK from Roger.
May I know your avalabilities for
                     Monday 18 December (week 51)
                 or  Tuesday 19 December
