thank you for your your offer of assistance YJ

i feel that we definitely should webcast the LA meeting and to that end i
have obtained a firm committment for $5000 but we still need $5000 more to
assure funds for webcasting.  can anyone help here

how about one of the european isp providers like deutchtelecom ?
any other suggestions
