RE: [council] Timing of NC meetings

A small correction - this time Erica is in the USA and will is scheduled to
arrive in New York tomorrow am (7.35). I am anxiously looking for the dial-in
information for the teleconf tomorrow am. So far, I have not found it. This
provides insuffient notice for me!
If I am late dialling in tomorrow, I give my proxy to Ken Stubbs.

Hope to talk with you tomorrow!
