Patricia..and Paul,
I  was not proposing the text I sent as an alternative to Paul's. The text
is not sufficiently comprehensive for our needs. I thought that it is
useful to see how others have done the same thing and so learn from them.

Though I do like the brevity of the IPRA version !! - not surprising from an
organisation of communicators.
