Dear Colleagues,

I am informed by YJ Park that Dany Vandromme is replacing
Kathy until the next NCDNH election.

Dany Vandromme <vandrome@renater.fr> has been added to the
council list, and the NC members list on the website has been
updated as well. Welcome Dany.

Let me thank Kathy publicly here -- she made a wonderfull
work on the Names Council, we will be missing her.
Kathy, ce n'est qu'un au revoir, a bientot !
