Dear Collegues,

Back in Paris after 9 days of absence and 9 days off the Internet,
I was probably the last one to learn the results of the NCDNH
Constituency elections.

I am pleased to inform you that Zakaria Amar from Mauretania, Africa,
is joining the Names Council. He is replacing Raul Echeberria from
Uruguay, Latin America and Caribbean islands region, with whom we had
a great pleasure to work.
