[council] Tentative NC calendar for next months

All,

FWIW the following is an attempt to have a near yearly visiblity on the NC
day to day work.
I figured out that it may be appropriate to have the NC teleconferences
each 3-4 weeks between physical meetings. Is it too much ? Not enough ?

I have no slightest idea about ICANN Board meetings, but such a visibility
would be helpfull for the NC.

Some awaiting subjects are listed, and you wish probably add many others.

   the dealine for some is January 15th
 * Report from the WG-D and its application
 * Report from the WG-B, is any formal input from the WIPO necessary ?
 * Report from the WG-E, necessary founding ?

   The end of call for comments on the WG-C is January 10th
 * Amadeu's motion regarding the domain names warehousing by registrars
 * Do we need a WG on the ccTLDs ? An exhaustif study about
   jurisdictions under which ccTLDs operate ? Are we concerned ?
