[council] RE: [announce] Agenda for the NC teleconference, July 27th 1999

The Berkman Center hasn't yet received call-in information for this event,
and if we don't receive the same by tomorrow morning at about 9:15 AM, we
will be unable to do the webcast!

Once we receive the information, I'll see that our root page
(<http://cyber.law.harvard.edu>) and DNSO page
(<http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/icann/dnso>) are immediately updated. And
will send a message to list@ifwp.org and ga@dnso.org to the effect that the
webcast is taking place. But I don't want to do that until I've received
the instructions for call-in.

Please cc John Wilbanks, wilbanks@cyber.law.harvard.edu, on any
correspondence on this subject, as he'll be running the actual webcast in my
absence tomorrow.
