[wg-review] WG Review Recommendations sent.

The set of Recommendations from the WG Review pertaining to Resolutions
01.28 & 01.29 of the ICANN BoD (as posted at
http://forum.icann.org/dnsoreview1/), have been sent to all the Board
Members (minus two: Robert Blokzijl and Ivan Moura Campos).  I would
like to thank those of you who helped make this document possible, as
much for your input, as for your encouragement.
