I have the list. At today's date there are 120 subscribed and I can contact
each directly if and when the need arises for a new ML and we have one
arranged.

http://www.internetstakeholders.com to co-ordinate arrangements.

I am happy to act as temporary WG-Review Secretariat if this ML evaporates.
and to make announcements through the website. To that end, please let me
know details of:-

1) how to join new ML
2) URL for public archive
3) when to send announcement to all members on WG-Review subscriber list
that it is open.

Alternatively, we can add a threaded forum to the website, with Kendall
Dawson's kind assistance, who is volunteer websmaster.

We need decision as to whether it is to be ongoing ML/ new ML or threaded
forum.
