    Your post has a good ring to it.  It is my understanding that what we are really doing during this time is compiling and composing and that any proposed report on a given subject should be posted soon so there is time for discussion.  Then our Chair, the notable Mr. SS will somehow compile that
and forward it on.

    I also am given to understand, and this may be too much emphasis placed upon Mr. Shephards comments, that if and when we focus on something in a new way it should not be on what is wrong but how to fix it.

    My posts which deal with all that sensitive stuff, was meant to help discuss the focus of Outreach, and the dangers of moving in the wrong direction. But I have no quarrel with how you referred to them, I think you are right, and your type of input helps to place focus.

    It is important to note the vast changes in focus for lists over the time of the last month and a half.  The GA and the At Large and the Verisign agreements.  This only adds weight to your call for a more stabilizing process.
