Thank you Danny for this informative post.  I
would just like to remind all WG members that we
are interested in hearing all substantive
comments/views on any of the heretofore submitted
proposals, as well as giving due consideration to
any new or forthcoming recommendations as per
Resoltuions 01.25 & 01.29 of the BoD.  I urge
everyone with an opinion on these and related
matters to make their voice(s) heard, as I am
currently compiling and collating a draft proposal
document, which I would hopefully like to submit
for WG review by April 2 (as previously
mentioned).  

Also, please excuse my lack of list presence over
the last two days as I am attending a three day
seminar which ends tomorrow.  I am still reading
all posts and will contribute sparingly as and
when possible.
