Marilyn,

In that case could you please comment on the "DN holders' constituency"
proposal that would include your BIZ constituency as part of a enlarged
group of 3 constituencies holding the balance of the Names Council.

My proposal would see two blocks of  constituencies each holding 9 seats on
the NC and a casting vote for a Chair who would be elected directly by the GA.

It make no sense for me to push this proposal any further if there is no
co-operation or interest from the (big and small) BIZ. people.
