If there are plans for such a meeting can we be notified ASAP.  I am planning to attend in Melbourne but may not be able to make it for the full agenda.  I will most likely plan to attend on a limited number of days and the more information I have early the better.  I intend to make my bookings etc shortly.  Others may be in a similar situation.
