The implication here is just that, without firm definitions, some judge in
Virginia can define something by ipso facto fiat.  Remember American law is
common law based upon precedence.  Some people did not like the Supremes ruling
on the presidential election, how about on Internet definitions. I don't care
what definitions we use as long as we can all count upon them.  I do not like
the image of the mad hatter.
