Without suggesting fault I believe that the GA should have its own web
site which can be navigated with more ease than the current
informational site in the DNSO.

The Oganizational information is at
http://www.dnso.org/dnso/notes/2000.GA-ga-rules.html
which is really found under mailing list rules, but includes the
essentials.

I believe to encourage involvement an attractive site encouraging
participation would be a good idea. Something like a News service site
would probably work well, and could be a permanent home for discourse
between members.
