We're trying to, and occasionally are. The mission question is interesting, 
actually. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to finish a narrative on how and 
why the original mission of the WG was the subject of such differing 
interpretations.

In the meantime, I also posted the material on the General Assembly that I 
have - we hadn't discussed it much at all, and the task force report notes 
that was true across the board. Hopefully, we'll be able to come up with 
some ideas for how to make it more functional.
