Are you in any way denying the legitimacy of the AtLarge within the ICANN?

Let me say it again, seems you chose to ignore it the last time around:

I think all of us are aware that ICANN *is* a Not-for-Profit Organization, structured
on a corporate model.  Some of us do understand what the corporate model requires. 
What I am saying to you Kent, is that many of the @Large stakeholders in the 
corporation ICANN are beginning to feel as if things are not being done according to
the rules of the ICANN itself.  However, what *is* going on *is* being labeled as "in the
name of the ICANN", but does not necessarily reflect what is in ICANN's best interests.
We have been given a right to a voice, in the very By-Laws of ICANN, and we're speaking
up.  The real question is: Are any of you people going to start listening, or are you agents 
provocateurs, out to ruin our Corporation?
