From one of your posts yesterday I was afraid our trivial pursuits had bored you away.

I believe this topic is at the core root of rot that has infected and/or turned away participants.
What many people do not understand, is that here in the U.S.A. our governing collection body known as
the IRS was established as a corporation, but I bet Mr. Crispin would not even say they are not part
of a government.  No matter what rules ICANN plays by they are a governing body.
