I think it only fair that this Working Group should devote a small amount of time to conducting a review of the Review Task Force.  After all, a task force that generates “recommendations” is part of the structure that we were mandated to evaluate… and in my humble opinion, only a very small amount of time will be required (six months worth of their records should take no more than perhaps fifteen minutes to read).
