I agree with Ken that attempting to handle all the items YJ listed would be 
too much. I would suggest that we set the agenda to:

1. Agenda approval
2. Prioritizing schedule for next 5 weeks
3. Work Plans and methods for Immediate Future
4. Status of current items
5. Preliminary Report Discussion and Approval

If we have the time and strength after that, we might then deal with the 
highest priority item that we've identified.
