I know the burdens are already heavy, just one more proverbial straw, while the
work is being done in this area could there be a little attention, as a footnote
perhaps, given to crros-cultural outreach.  I believe any input here would be
invaluable as far as participation goes.  As we can get participants tuned in in
several languages we can also achieve tuning them out.
