[wg-review] [process] Bounced Messages and language issues

This is completely out of hand, and has drifted WAY off topic. Please 
restrict yourself to comments directly relevant to this working group. I 
have posted a proposed order and agenda for the next month, which includes 
discussion of language and translation issues. If you wish to comment on 
that agenda and propose this as a higher priority for the group, please do so.

In the meantime, could everyone please stop the personal comments IMMEDIATELY?
