[wg-review] [TRANSLATION] Language divide.

{This is a cross posting as I think its merit will be appreciated in both lists}

Problem:  Language barrier to effective participation in ICANN as an aglo-centric organization.

Solution:  Enlist cooperation of the world's intelligence gathering services and have them *volunteer* their raw translations of all closely monitored ICANN 
proceedings.  We can even archive then...  

Killing 2 birds with one stone... I know, I know, it's a day/nightdream (but who knows the difference at this point?).    

All I'm saying is that it's just such a shame to have highly accurate translations so close at hand, and not to put them to the most efficient use possible.  :-)
