Roeland made a good suggestion about scaling these discussions in a better
way.

The DNSO should offer its server facilities and centralize all Polling.
If this is to be done seriously, it cannot depend on volunteer work done at 2
AM.
I have another life too, outside ICANN and its DNSO.

For the meantime, the most important is that the Elected Chair takes
responsibility for the phrasing of polling questions, after some discussion in
the WG.
