The current system we are under, it doesn't confer any ownership
rights and from the few legal challenges I have seen along these
lines, ownership as legally defined has been rejected.  For the
registration of a domain to be considered "owning" it, I can see some
major changes being necessary, I'm very pessimistic of this ever
happening.  It may be an issue a majority would like to follow up on.

I do not recall meeting you, certainly not in person.
