This is the attitude that is giving spam fighters a bad name.  Two
wrongs do not make a right.  There are methods available to deal with
the spam issue legitimately.  Such fanactical statements only inflame
the situation and cause more problems.

If there was a concentrated effort to have all ISP's have a standard
code of practice and making sure they enforced it, the issue would be
resolved a lot quicker.
