Dear Chris and Sotiris,
However a good way to help the @large known (notthe matter here) this cannot
be a solution as authentification is not good enough (worst cas 80% of .com
doman names are suspiciously handled a,d 29% of Frnech which are the most
boring but also the best). The problem is we want "(every) one man - only 
one vote".
NICs would be better a near-by solution, would the US have a NIC..., because
they want also to authentification authorities among their business targets.
